$296 For Two Nights Parking: RIP OFF HOTEL

Once a lovely Hotel Chain - to which I had a Membership.

Has become a greedy. predatory chain. That adds absurd charges to your bill - after you check out..

Customer Service: Non Existent.. Take the Money and RUN . If you object - get lost.

A total BLIGHT on the industry. Have asked major travel sites to add a Predatory Practices warning.

I have torn up my card.. Urge others to do the same..
Or, if you trust them do not be surprised to see exorbitant BS charges on your bill - when you get home

Customer service is a joke!

I have been on the phone with Marriott customer service 20 times because i have not received my points for 7 stays which is because of an issue with their app! Even though they can see my stays they still want me to send my receipts through the folio which doesn't work either! Emailed them but they won't except that either! Never again will i stay at a Marriott! Absolutely the most pitiful customer service i have ever witnessed!

Lovely hotel BUT,,,

The St.Kitts Marriott Hotel, is a lovely hotel, friendly, clean and many restaurants to choose from BUT, please marriott, educate your staff about data protection. I know skn is a small island and you are all clicky, (a bit to far) but, please let your staff know it's not okay to give information to their friends outside the hotel. Guest personal information which is private, when they arrive and when they leave and their movements. That is so unprofessional. Wake up!

Cancelled reservation

As a long time member with Gold Elite status, I booked a reservation at the Saddle River Marriott.
I cancelled within 24 hours however the system did not generate the cancellation for 2 days.
They will not refund my 816.00 and will not use it for another reservation or even rein state the reservation.
After spending 5 days with customer service reps I am being told they will not refund my money.
I followed the correct steps and the customer service reps directly called the hotel and they refused to refund my money.
Very disappointed in Marriot.

Marriott W Barcelona Hotel, 🤮

Marriott W Barcelona Hotel, bad standart.
Not a good standart for a this hotel, to many hookers. And the standart on the Roms, are not good, to many things that diden’t work, the light, the sink, could not turn off the light - and No information about how things work.

Very pleasant stay!

This was a first stay at the Erie Bay Side, my husband and I will be back. Service was great, rooms were clean and well appointed. We stayed on the 8th floor, club floor, with spectacular view of the bay, afternoon snacks and a great continental breakfast daily.
The outside bay walk and seating was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Public Health Crisis!

* The doors throughout entire property are against American Disabilities Act of 1990
* The showers are a trip hazard
* The windows do not open- FIRE HAZARD
* If the elevators do not operate during fire, then how would a person with a disability get to the ground floor? (Assuming all handicap rooms had been booked on the first floor?)
* Lack of equal accessibility
* Employees are underpaid and understaffed
* Overflowing trashcans
* Elevator smells like dirty wet dog
*Floors are sticky

Terrible

My company accidentally booked my stay through a 3rd party and after I stayed and paid my invoice, I called customer service to add my points/stays to my account and was told there was nothing they could do. I asked if there was any options and was told no.

Not happy Jan

My name is Charlie. What a piss poor experience my family went through in 2020. This is not on guys. Absolutely disgusting. Angry staff, dirty beds. Would not recommend this at all!

Regular Housekeeping Needed!

Overall, the hotel brands provide comfortable and affordable stays, especially Fairfield Inn and Suites. However, it would be even better if your brand of hotels go back to the pre-COVID days of cleaning the hotel rooms on a daily basis, instead of scheduled cleanings or cleaning every 3 days. In fact, now is the time that daily housekeeping is needed and it's absurd that the industry is doing quite the opposite. Infrequent cleanings will only lead to other sanitation issues, like unwanted guests (bugs). This was my experience at a Residence Inn in Virginia. It is also a rip off that hotel accommodation charges are higher and housekeeping is not regular. I hope it doesn't take a health crisis or litigation from a disgruntled guest to effect a change in this policy.

When it comes to bed bugs, Marriott handles things in a scam, not legitimate way. If you are going to stay in a Marriott hotel, make sure you know how to check for bed bugs before you travel, because the chances are much higher that you'll have bed bugs in a Marriott hotel room than at other hotel chains
